- if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your jewelry unworn and in it's original gift box within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. please email us at gemsbylulu@gmail.com to let us know if you'd like a credit or exchange. there is a $5 shipping charge for exchange
- store credits do not expire. we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn. we are unable to offer cash refunds
- lulu jewelry is not responsible for returns that have been damaged or lost in transit. we recommend you insure and or track your return. please note that return shipping costs are not refundable
